Duties for this volunteer position include:

• Coordinate the newsletter
  
• Write/ Edit articles
  
• Make the newspaper aesthetically pleasing
  
• Printing the newsletter, and sending it to members
  
• Interview Board members, volunteers, and stakeholders in Kenya for articles
  
• Distribute the newsletter quarterly
  
• Continually update Watoto wa Dunia membership and the community at large of all the latest news of the organization.
  
• Active, consistent attendance at all planned volunteer meetings.
  
• Develop 3 yearly goals they will attain for their position and give updates at each volunteer meeting
  
• Volunteer for at least 2 outreach events per calendar year.
