Duties for this volunteer position include:
- Maintain organization of office, including files, office supplies, copies, etc.
- Enter data into computer database and maintain hard copy records
- Maintain telephone, e-mail, and snail mail correspondence between organization and members, volunteers, and sponsors
- Construct packages of information for those who request it
- Copy, edit, and construct reports for publications and events
- Check in with church office and church property committee
- Check, sort and organize mail and messages
- Organize and coordinate events
- Assist Executive Director with duties as assigned.
- Purchase office supplies as needed.
- Active, consistent attendance at all planned volunteer meetings.
- Develop 3 yearly goals they will attain for their position and give updates at each volunteer meeting
- Volunteer for at least 2 outreach events per calendar year.
