Q: How much of my sponsorship money goes directly to my child and his/her family?
A: 88% of your sponsorship money goes directly to the family. The remaining 12% goes to cover travel expenses of our volunteer caseworkers in Kenya, and money transfer fees to get the money to Kenya.
Q: Does Watoto wa Dunia sponsor children in the United States?
A: Due to the high cost of living in the United States, and our limited resources, we are unable to give any direct subsidies to American children at this time. Our school programs do serve economically disadvantaged communities in the U.S.
